Staff Skills academy+ is a brilliant resource accessed through my FSB membership, whether it’s training a new employee with fundamental company skills, or skills for a specific role, or the ability to work on their CPD requirements. There are so many courses available, and some of our staff take additional courses in their own time.

The sheer breadth and accessibility of Staff Skills academy+ allows me, as a boss, to fill gaps in employee knowledge in a way that's accessible to them. Being a small charity, we need agile, cost-effective solutions to training, and FSB's partnership with Staff Skills academy+ does that fuss-free.

We have utilised the FSB Staff Skills academy+ for a couple of years now and find it very useful in supporting our new employee onboarding process. The extensive selection of courses enables us to ensure that basic health and safety training is covered. The individual profiles and dashboard allow us to monitor who needs to complete which courses and easily add courses to be completed to staff profiles.
