Communication Basics Certification
Communication is at the heart of every interaction, whether in the workplace, at home, or in social settings. Yet even simple exchanges can become unclear if the message is not sent or received effectively. This one-module Communication Basics training provides a clear introduction to the communication process, focusing on the relationship between sender and receiver. You will learn how thoughts, feelings, and needs are transmitted, how messages can be misinterpreted, and what strategies ensure clarity.
The course also explores how different methods – spoken words, tone of voice, body language, and written communication – impact understanding.
