How much do Staff Skills academy+ packages cost?

Our pricing tiers are designed to fit a range of business needs — from full subscriptions to course credits or SCORM options. Contact our team for a quote.

What is the cancellation policy?

The agreement can be automatically renewed for successive periods of 12 months, unless either party notifies the other party of termination, in writing, at least 60 days before the end of the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period, in which case these Terms of Business shall terminate upon the expiry of the applicable Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Period.

Can I upgrade at any point?

Yes, packages can be upgraded at any point during the subscription term to increase the number of users or credits. To upgrade a package, get in touch with our team or submit a ticket via your Staff Skills academy+ LMS dashboard. 

How do I pay for my subscription?

Payment for the subscription term is taken up front at the start of your contract. For packages of 10 users or fewer, payment can be made via the Staff Skills academy+ website using a credit or debit card. For packages of more than 10 users, an invoice will be sent with our standard 14-day payment terms.

What is your price match policy?

In order for us to offer a like-for-like price match, we require a copy of the competitor’s quote.

Do you offer a free trial?

What happens on a demo call?

Our demo calls are tailored to your business needs. You and any colleagues you’d like to attend will join a call with one of our account managers. Yes! We offer discounts on bulk course purchases, as well as when the number of users increases. Our Essential and Plus+ packages have further price reductions for  24- and 36-month terms.

What support will I receive throughout my subscription?
