How do I log in or reset my password?

Go to https://app.staffskillsacademy.co.uk/ and click “Reset password?” You’ll get a reset link by email within a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or email support@staffskillsacademy.co.uk.

 

How much does a package cost?

We offer a number of different training packages to suit the needs of all businesses. Prices depend on your team size and the package you’d prefer. Take a look at our pricing models. We offer a price match guarantee on comparable packages.

How long does setup take?

Most accounts are ready to use the same day. A fully branded LMS with single sign-on and API integration typically takes 3-4 working days. Your account manager will walk you through each step.

Do your courses include certificates?

Yes! Learners get a certificate as soon as they complete any course from the Course hub. 750+ of our courses are CPD-certified.

Can I upload my own training content or SCORM files?

Yes. The LMS supports SCORM 1.2 and 2004, as well as video and document uploads. Contact us if you need help with a custom upload.

How do I add or remove users?

Log in to your account and go to Users and User Groups. You can invite new learners, suspend access, or remove users. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

 At the end of the trial, we’ll be in touch to talk through your options. No obligation, no credit card required.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

You are able to increase your subscription at any time, simply email your account manager.

For cancellations, please email your account manager at least 60 days before your renewal date. They’ll walk you through the process.

How do I report a technical issue?

Use live chat or email support@staffskillsacademy.co.uk. A screenshot and a quick description of what you were doing when the issue occurred will help us fix it faster.
