How much do Staff Skills academy+ packages cost?
Our Essential package starts from £660 for five users, and our Plus+ package starts from £990 for five users. Pricing scales with the number of users, with volume discounts available as your team grows. For larger teams or bespoke requirements, get in touch and we’ll put together a tailored quote.
What affects the price of a package?
The main factors are the number of users, the package tier (Essential or Plus+), and the contract length. Longer commitments of 24 or 36 months come with additional price reductions. If you need add-ons like in-house training, SCORM packages, or a reseller arrangement, our team can build a bespoke quote around those too.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts increase as your user numbers grow — so the more staff you train, the lower the cost per user. We also offer further reductions on 24 and 36-month contracts. If you’re comparing us against another provider, we offer a price match guarantee — just share their quote and we’ll match it like for like.
What is the cancellation policy?
The agreement can be automatically renewed for successive periods of 12 months, unless either party notifies the other party of termination, in writing, at least 60 days before the end of the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period, in which case these Terms of Business shall terminate upon the expiry of the applicable Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Period.
Can I upgrade at any point?
Yes, packages can be upgraded at any point during the subscription term to increase the number of users or credits. To upgrade a package, get in touch with our team or submit a ticket via your Staff Skills academy+ LMS dashboard.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Payment for the subscription term is taken up front at the start of your contract. For packages of 10 users or fewer, payment can be made via the Staff Skills academy+ website using a credit or debit card. For packages of more than 10 users, an invoice will be sent with our standard 14-day payment terms.
What is your price match policy?
In order for us to offer a like-for-like price match, we require a copy of the competitor’s quote.

What happens on a demo call?
Our demo calls are tailored to your business needs. You and any colleagues you’d like to attend will join a call with one of our account managers. Once they’ve assessed your current situation and pain points, they will walk you through a demonstration of the platform to showcase how we can help support.
Is there a minimum number of users we can onboard?

Do I pay monthly or annually?
