Training only protects you if you can prove it happened. Every completion on our LMS is dated, certified and ready to export, so an audit request takes minutes rather than a week of digging through folders.

UK law asks that your staff get the training they need to work safely, and that you can show you've taken reasonable steps. So the question worth asking is simple. If something went wrong tomorrow, could you prove your team was trained?
Our courses are developed with industry partners and aligned to UK legislation and recognised standards.
The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 say people need training when they join, and again when their risks change.
The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and the Display Screen Equipment Regulations 1992 cover lifting, carrying and desk work.
The Equality Act 2010 lets you defend a claim if you took all reasonable steps to prevent it. And since October 2024, you’ve had a duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 ask you to have the right first aid cover, including at least an appointed person.
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, staff need to know your fire precautions and what to do if the alarm goes off.
UK GDPR asks you to show how you look after personal data. Trained staff are one of the first things the ICO looks for.
CQC Regulation 18 says staff need the training their role calls for. New care workers are expected to complete the Care Certificate.
Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) expects safeguarding training at induction, with updates at least once a year. The Prevent duty applies too.
OfS Condition E6 sets out what universities and colleges must do to tackle harassment and sexual misconduct.
Anyone handling food needs supervision and training in food hygiene for the work they do. Licensed premises also need an age verification policy.
CDM 2015, the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and COSHH 2002 all call for trained, competent people. Anyone who might disturb asbestos needs awareness training too.
The Money Laundering Regulations 2017 say that relevant staff must be trained. The Bribery Act 2010 requires you to have adequate procedures in place.
If your compliance lives in a spreadsheet and a calendar reminder, you'll know where it can slip. Someone changes role, a certificate quietly expires, and you only find out the week the inspector's due. Our LMS takes the chasing off your plate.
Training only protects you if you can prove it happened. Every completion on our LMS is dated, certified and ready to export, so an audit request takes minutes rather than a week of digging through folders.
Start with the courses almost every UK employer needs, then add whatever your sector asks for. Every course is CPD-certified and part of our Course hub, which comes with both Essential and Plus+.
Every course on this page lives in our Course hub, alongside 750+ CPD-certified courses in compliance, health and safety and workplace skills. So once your mandatory training's sorted, your team can keep learning, from communication and leadership to Excel, all on the same licence.
Once submitted, a member of our team will be in touch to talk you through your staff training options.
Every employer needs to train staff in health and safety. That includes fire safety and the risks of their particular job, such as manual handling or screen use. You’ll also need the right first aid cover. Data protection and equality training aren’t named as set courses in law, but they’re how most employers show they’re meeting UK GDPR and the Equality Act 2010. Depending on your sector, you might need more, such as safeguarding in schools or food hygiene in hospitality.
Most UK law doesn’t give a fixed date. It says training should be repeated when it’s needed, for example when risks change or skills fade. Lots of organisations refresh core courses every year, and some sector guidance sets its own timings, such as the annual safeguarding updates in KCSIE. On our LMS, refreshers reassign themselves when they’re due, so you don’t need to keep track of dates.
For most awareness-level topics, yes. Online training is a recognised way to give people the information and instruction they need, as long as it fits their role and you keep a record. Some roles need hands-on training as well, such as a qualified First Aid at Work first aider. For those, our network of 600+ trainers can come to you with in-house training.
Yes, and it’s easy to do. Build your own courses in minutes with our course builder, or upload your existing SCORM files. They’re assigned, tracked and reported on in the same compliance matrix as our courses.
Everyone who completes a course gets a CPD-certified digital certificate. You can also download compliance reports by person, team, department or site, and export the full data whenever an inspector, auditor or insurer asks.
They’ll get automatic reminders until they do, and they’ll show as overdue on your compliance matrix, so you can see exactly who’s still to finish.
